I have been on a yearly plan for the hero tier subscription since July of this year that wasn't due until July 15th of next year. Earlier this week I tried to upgrade my subscription to Master tier but accidentally made the purchase with a cancelled credit card. Instead of just denying the payment and not upgrading it, my hero tier, which I had already paid for and have proof of purchase, was abruptly cancelled.
I have made a few requests to customer service but I've only recieved general information on how subscriptions work, no help or attempt to understand my issue whatsoever. I'm not looking for anything out of the ordinary, just for my hero tier that I paid for to be back.
Has anyone had this issue before? If so how did it end up playing out? Is there any way to get my hero tier back or have I been ripped off by a feature that's not mentioned anyway.
