Tried to upload a picture of the error to this forum, but this site sucks and doesn't allow direct uploads.
"The payment you submitted is not valid. Please re-enter payment information."
The card is saved to my Payments in Google. Tried to use that. No good. Tried to manually input the information. Nothing. Used D&D Beyond on my phone to scan the card. Didn't work. Tried all of these again on another card. Same result.
The card works. Tested it on Amazon before and after this, just to see. Lots of other forum posts of people having issues with payments, and none of them show any resolution.
I thought I'd reply and tell you how I was able to resolve this but I think it is going to be wildly different depending on your country, bank details etc. I was having the same issues as you all day yesterday, I spent countless times trying to enter my card details, checking my address details only for DnDbeyond to bounce back with an error 'There was a problem processing your payment. Please verify your payment information and try again'. I sent an email to customer service and they replied fairly quickly. They said I need to make sure all my details were right.
I was dubious as to why I need to have my address details accurate if I'm just ordering an online version but eventually, I logged onto my bank account, copied the exact wording of my address then pasted this into DnDbeyond in my details there. That fixed it and allowed me to get my PDF's. It seems the problem for me, was in the auto-generate section of the address box. I typed in my address, it found my address but there was small variations in the way it listed it.
For me, it was the fact I live in an apartment. My bank had it as U1, while DnDbeyond would auto-refresh it to Unit 1. I hope this helps some people. Best of luck!

These people must be allergic to making money.
