I have redeemed a key on my account and had access to it. I tried to access it again on another day but it is not showing anywhere. Also in account entitlements I have this text showing:

Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about, but contact our Support Team if you're having problems accessing your purchased content.
You might've logged in with a different login method and thereby created another, separate account. The account you're posting with right here is only one day old.
