If you mean is there a switch you can hit and it all changes I’m afraid not, you’ll basically have to rebuild it from scratch as if it’s a new character. Make sure on the home page of the character builder you’ve unticked all the boxes for 2024 content as that’ll make it a lot easier
I recommend making a copy of the character, labelling them "[character] 2014", then changing out each feature while looking at the 2024 version to remind yourself which spells, proficiencies, and other choices you made so you don't forget some crucial detail. Once you're done, delete the 2024 version and change the name of the 2014 version to just be the name.
Yeah, I would just make a new character and copy over as much as you can, and change what you need to fit the rules. If you're out of character slots, you can save your existing character as a PDF and delete it to give room for your new character.
My DM is using 2014 rule but my character was made with 2024 rules. Is there a way to change it?
Start over? If you do not have access to 2014, the DM will need to share there 2014 rules.
