Hi, not sure how to go about reporting this, but I am completely unable to access the Moon-Touched Sword from the 2024DMG via search results, or, bizarrely, even when clicking the header of the item while in the DMG itself. Like, it's there. I own it. I can access every other item, but this one says it's locked and to buy the DMG in Marketplace.

It also means I cannot access it through the character sheet inventory. 

Any idea what could be happening here?

This is an issue for me as well.. I double-checked my licenses, and it states everything is in sync. In-fact, other DMG items work fine?

Turn on Expanded Rules (2014). Those exist from Tasha's and, because the items are identical, not every flag was changed in the back end.

And for those of us that don't have Tasha's is there any other work around?

Also wondering if there is another workaround for those who don't have Tasha's? Happening to me as well, and some other items are having the same issue such as 
-nature's mantle
-saddle of the cavalier
-sword of vengeance  
-tome of the stilled tongue 

hopefully this can get fixed soon

I would expect you would still have access to the item by turning on the flag. It's not about having Tasha's, it's about how it's filed, but both should grant the item. 

If they don't, report it in the 2024 DMG Release thread.

Will do, as I am betting it blocked in the base magic item search with only the name as a filter.
