I tried to handle this via a support ticket, but it got me only so far before the problem just repeated itself. Here's how it plays out from my perspective:
I go to Browse Magic Items.
I enter my search query. Latest attempts: Inquisitor, crysteel, Eberron
I wait.
Eventually, the Zombie Beholder pops up and I'm told that it's an Internal Server Error
This has been playing out this way for weeks now.
I've tried:
Firefox
Chrome
Edge
Clearing cache, browser history, every damned thing
Turning off extensions, etc
Reboots
Uninstalls/reinstalls
Trying all of the above on a desktop, a laptop, an android phone, and an android tablet.
You get the idea.
Sometimes, I'll be rewarded with a single effective search.
Then, the next time, it's back to the same deal.
If anyone's got any ideas on this, they'd be most welcome!
