In the netheril's Fall supplement in Chapter 3 the Fools Needle says it has a time gate that goes back 1839 years. In the Height of Nether page with the map of ancient Netheril.it says the current date is 1501 DR. 1501-1839= -338 DR, the year that Karsus cast his spell was -339 DR. So this time gate would put the characters back the the year after Mystral died, not before the fall of Netheril.
