I have been trying to upgrade my subscription for a while now. Tried looking at a Google Help page to make sure I didn't miss anything in the subscription section (after I unsubscribed/resubscribed to see if there was an upgrade option). No luck. Some said to access the subscription by going to the D&D Beyond app under "manage" in the profile section, it's not there.
On a Google Forum one person had mentioned that I may need to wait for the annual to expire before upgrading. But, I do not want to wait 9 months before setting up my campaign and experiment with 'content sharing.' Support has been unhelpful and the ticket is in Limbo. Does anyone have any suggestions?
The fact you're mentioning Google tells me you subscribed using Google Play, correct? If so, the only way to manage it is there. And the only option there is cancel. You'd still have it for your remaining term. Whether you can set up the new one or not after that, I'm not sure. You very well may have to wait for it to expire.
