For the past week or so, I haven’t been able to create any new characters on my iPad Pro, using Chrome. Every edit crashes and brings up the “can’t open website” screen. Often undoing the edit I was attempting.
Same and it has been a week now. The page loads but as soon as I try to scroll or navigate the page crashed. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change.

Same. And it also likes to sign me out of the website and make me accept cookies over and over.
Tried tonight to play and 2 of my party were using the IPad Pro and I had a labtop. The Pros kept crashing and my laptop had trouble because of it as I am the DM. The night went a lot longer as the party members on the Pro had to start to roll manually and had a hard time using their characters on the Pro
Normally, viewing the character sheet works okay. But now it crashes and/or logs me out if I try to manage feats. Can we please get some confirmation that this is being looked into?
I also had problems using the character sheet on an iPad during our session last night. Very laggy and page keeps reloading every few minutes, even when I'm not doing anything. After a few reloads it crashes and I have to manually reload the page. I gave up trying to use the iPad and pulled out my Windows laptop and ran the character sheet in Chrome.
iPad 6th Gen, iOS 17.7.10 (I know it's old, but it's been working fine with the character sheet for years, until now)
I was using Safari.
Another guy in our group was using a iPad 11 Pro Gen1 from 2018 and having the same issues. He tried Chrome, Safari and Brave. All had the same issue. He ended up using the app, which was stable, but vastly inferior to the webpage version of character sheet.
The webpage worked ok on my iPad in our last session on 31st January 2026, so the problem has been introduced since then.
Incredibly frustrating issue across the iOS iPad platform. Woks ok on my iPhone but the small realestate makes it less viable than the iPad dimensions. Please fix. This is regardless of which browser i use.
I can’t even open my character sheets without everything shutting down. Every time I try and click something it just reloads the page or tells me that “a problem has repeatedly occurred.”
My son is having this issue as well. We weren’t sure if it was a vpn that is installed, but he hasn’t had this issue in the past. It’s been very frustrating, as he has a hard time with handwriting and using paper sheets.
Has anyone submitted a ticket? I’m having very similar issues on iPad. I can’t even use maps, due to it crashing within a second of trying to open page. Hope issues get resolved or some kind of response.
Side note, our group utilizing a pc ran maps and it was awesome to see people’s dice rolls and animations. Someone rolled a nat 1 with Lego dice and bones and skeletal face popped up. We all laughed, fun moment.

Same issues with my group last night.
Same issues here on different iPads.
I suspect it was the new dice update...

Everything keeps just disintegrating every time I open both the character builder and character sheets. It’s really frustrating.
