Hey! I've been in a campaign for about a year now and a few months ago I stopped being able to access the DM's books. He has a master subscription, and about half the party is able to access it and half isn't. There are only 7 people in total in the group, DM included. Any idea what's going on or how to fix it?

If you check this page, are your Account Entitlements in sync?

If your DM checks that page, does it still show an active subscription?
Who owns the book you're trying to use? If they check that page, is it listed there under Current Product Licenses?
