Please help! I cannot access adventures or campaigns when I try to create a new campaign, One shot Wonders (I know it has issues) and Dragonlance don't show up as options but my previous purchases do. I also can't seem to find the, "Sync entitlements" button. I have deleted cache, logged out and in, waited 24 hrs and still can't access it. I have a Master Tier subscription.
The button to sync entitlements will appear here only if your entitlements are out of sync. If they’re in sync already, the button won’t be shown. https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Are you referring to the options shown in Create a Premade Campaign, though? If so, the three options you currently see there are the only ones that exist. All these do is create a campaign with a prewritten name and description, mostly for beginners. If you want to play any other adventure, you can simply click Create a Campaign instead with whatever name and description you like.
