I also had problems getting the dice working on an iPad. In addition to the page repeatedly crashing (see https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/236829-character-builder-keeps-crashing-on-ipad-pro) getting the 3D dice to work was hit and miss. Sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. When it did work it was often laggy. I had my Windows laptop open beside the iPad (troubleshooting the crashing issue) and if I rolled the dice on the iPad I would often see them appear on the Windows laptop before they appeared on the iPad.

This is an unexpected, uncaught by QA issue, that seems to be from more than just 3D dice.
It was apparently working just before release for 2 months on tester's end.
& that the dice end of it was just fixed(My buddy just tested it:Dice roll smoother & the shadows work, but audio lag & memory leak is still a problem).
So it's a WIP.
Curiously, private/incognito setups affect all of this by reducing some symptoms for some setups.

Hello. The 3d dice don’t work on my iPad or iPhone browsers, no matter safari or chrome. The dice are not displayed.
