The warlock's pact magic feature does not seem to qualify as a prerequisite for the Boon of Furious Storm. I tested with other spellcaster characters and they seem to work, but a plain warlock does not meet the requirements.
I've let the devs know. Thanks! In the meantime, you can open your character settings and disable Feat Prerequisites in order to add this feat.
