Everything was working great for me until this morning. Unfortunately I am getting page reloads again and dice totals not showing up on screen but in log and taking an extended amount of time. Even more unfortunately is it is game night tonight.
My question is it could be because so many other people are using dice? Because Saturday is normally when I play D&D, and I know that normally most people also play on Saturday

Hello! Call meTana. My pronouns are She/Her. I am a teenager. I have Autism and ADHD. And, you would probably call me trans femme, Pansexual pancake, and ace I will mother you if you are being stupid. ALL HAIL MERLIN! [roll]1d4[/roll] + [roll]1d4[/roll] + [roll]1d4[/roll] + [roll]1d4[/roll] + [roll]1d4[/roll] + [roll]1d4[/roll] = [roll][roll:-6]+[roll:-5]+[roll:-4]+[roll:-3]+[roll:-2]+[roll:-1][/roll] I have adopted Golden, Salem, Wes, Aspen, and Foalin.
I don't know what it was, but last night, I could see one player's rolls on the map, but not on the game log. if I went onto the game long on HER character sheet, I could see them. She couldn;t see the rolls at all.
I agree it is better than last week, but I see the following issues:
1. Each person should be able to disable everyone else's dice from rolling on their character sheet or VTT screen.
2. The dice are taking to long to vanish from the screen. A timer that people could set to limit how long they dice stay on the screen would be helpful; or make it so that the dice vanish from the screen if they are clicked on.
3. Configuring how the dice behave are scattered in at least three sections or screens. It would be helpful if all of these controls were in one location or have all the options available from all the various locations they are currently managed from.
4. While I agree it is near impossible to test software for every possible bug, using a staged roll-out over a period of days would help in your testing. Releasing new updates to 10% to 20% of your user base each day would have greatly helped you in this situation. It would have provided a gradual load increase on your servers and would have allowed you to gain better insight into potential problems.
Things seem to be working much better now, the main issue which remains being there is often times a delay after clicking to roll. There is lag before and after the dice animation plays and the result is added to the log, usually between 2 and 4 seconds in my case. This issue seems to worsen if multiple rolls are happening at around the same time.
Issues are as follows: No consistency on when dice rolls show up in the game log, VTT, or external VTT (using Beyond20 to Roll20). Players were unable to see their own dice rolls, .
Attempted fixes: Turned of 3d Dice (no effect on roll consistency). Tried sending dice to discord - no change. Tried just using Maps, still no consistency.
Can we get a 'Disable shared dice rolling' for campaigns please?
Had a session tonight using the Maps VTT, with a DM (me) and five players.
We found that three of the players' dice worked normally when rolled from their character sheets: everyone could see the dice being rolled on the map, and the results showed up in the game log.
The other two players' rolls only showed up on their own character sheets, and while they appeared in the game log for those players, no one else could see them in the game log or on the map. When these players rolled dice using the dice roller in Maps itself (which they did for a couple random things that aren't on the character sheet, like adding a d4 to an ability check) those rolls were properly visible to everyone, both on the map and in the log.
This was our first time using the new dice rolling system as a group, and it was...less than great. Hopefully these issues can be addressed soon.

Did they try going to the custom dice roller in the bottom left, and switching from Self to Everyone? Do the log entries say "Self" next to them?
I found on three of my four characters I was playing last night, they'd switched over to Self instead of Everyone, and the switch in the Initiative box (or any other combat roll) didn't fix it.

Good question. We're all over the country so I don't have their game logs in front of me, but I'll have them check on that.
Okay yeah, it does look like that was the issue. The options for self/DM/everyone in the right-click menu for the rollable buttons on the character sheet don't seem to do anything anymore, and it's all controlled by that switch in the custom roller.
That custom dice roller no longer has a "self" option, but the "roll to DM" option seems (at least for us) to act like the old "self" option, only showing up in that user's game log (not the DM's) and listing "TO: SELF" in the results.

Thanks for the update! I’m using Safari but can’t toggle on the 3D dice to see any dice rolls. Any guidance? Thanks!

Just going into equipment on character creation reloads the page. I tried to add a weapon and it crashes each time I open the add item tab.
