Me and my group are having similar issues happening when playing on Foundry. When rolling it rolls separately on both DnDBeyond and Foundry and gets different results. Also rolling with advantage or disadvantage just doesn't show the roll on the VTT. Last week dice were not showing up when rolling on DnDBeyond but the rolls were being sent to the VTT correctly, this week the dice are showing but the other aforementioned issues have taken their place. Also things like our rogue's Reliable Talent wasn't adding the +10 to their roll as well.
We're all playing on PC btw.
That's presumably a problem with whatever browser extension you're using to link DDB and Foundry. Since there's no official API, the extensions take time to catch up when DDB mucks around with how things work under the hood.
I haven't seen anyone else post about this problem so I will! I haven't had any of the performance issues that others have reported.
But for me, every time I roll dice (on any kind of monster stat block or character sheet) two dice roll even though only one should and then only one of the two dice rolls posts to the game log. Almost like it's trying to roll ADV/DISADV even though it should be rolling only 1d20. This does not happen when rolling damage rolls, only d20s through character sheets / stat blocks.
Additionally, the total for the roll (roll + mods) doesn't pop up in the lower right of the screen like it used to. I miss that feature since I usually play without the game log visible and it's a pain to constantly be clicking to open the game log. I don't like having the game log permanently next to my character sheet.
The same double-scroll problem is happening to me.

Same thing is happening with me and my players but it is happening on all rolls, not just on skills.
During last week's game, I was having trouble with double rolls whenever I clicked on a skill. Both results would then post to the game log. I was able to prevent that by right-clicking to select the skill, then manually choosing a single die and clicking "Roll".
Last night, I was the GM and have a GMPC with the group for extra muscle. I can make rolls on her character sheet ... IF I'm not running anything else. With Maps active (we were playing over Discord due to weather conditions), nothing I tried worked. Right click, left click, reloading the character sheet, I could not roll from her sheet at all. I could roll for the opponents from the Maps initiative/combat chart with no problems.
Both of these games were being played on PC using Chrome. If it matters, the first was an older HP laptop, the second was a Lenovo IdeaPad.

Are you using Beyond 20? I had a similar problem yesterday and we fixed it by disabling Beyond 20.

Nope, playing straight from the website, no addons.
The new system is finally working for me.
My only real complaint is that my Dice setting are in two different places instead of all in one place.
But they work great now, at least for me.
