The link Play D&D > More Tools > Encounters points to the Create Encounter screen, so I can't reach any of my saved encounters.
I play tonight. FIX IT. And maybe, stop breaking existing features when you release updates. I've only been in software development for 30 years, but I hear quality assurance is a thing.
While that is annoying, there's a link to My Encounters at the top of the Encounter Builder screen, and you can still get to it from the same URL it's always been at: https://www.dndbeyond.com/my-encounters
I noticed this, too. I was able to get there via the link suggested by @wagnarokkr.
However, I tried creating a new encounter and I am unable to Save it. I keep getting the below message. I've refreshed and tried 4-5 times...same results. Edge won't work at all. Chrome let me save a blank Encounter, then repeated the below error when I tried editing it.
Error Saving Encounter
Unfortunately, we encountered an error while trying to save.
We have automatically logged this error giving us a +2 to our Investigation check to help prevent future errors.
In the meantime, you could refresh the page and try building your encounter again. We're sorry for the inconvenience
I tried again and did some experimenting, saving with every change I made. The error occurs when I link the new Encounter to my existing Candlekeep Mysteries campaign. If I remove that campaign and add any other active campaign, it saves normally.
It must have something to do with that campaign, or that digital adventure in particular.
I don't want to delete and recreate that campaign, as we are pretty far into it and there is a lot of stuff saved and linked to it, including existing Encountered we haven't run yet. I'm not sure what to do, at this point. I will probably reach out to tech support tomorrow, because we have a session coming up this weekend.
I don't want to have to use Maps, because it is overly complicated for how I use it...especially on my iPad. I mainly use Encounters to track initiative turn-order, player AC, and NPC stat blocks and track NPC damage. This is an in-person game, so the virtual map is unnecessary, I manually roll dice, and we use physical minis on a battle map.

Things like this can happen if the associated campaign has characters in it that aren't complete. A character needs a certain minimum subset of things selected to be able to see the character sheet view — I think it's class, species, and ability scores — and the encounter builder will run into issues if it's linked to a campaign that has one or more characters in it that don't have all those things. (This has nothing to do with the new site menu, though.)

Thanks, so much! That was the issue. One of the players was trying out character options and left an incomplete character in there. It was unassigned but was somehow still interfering with the Encounter Builder. Once that was fixed, I was able to save the Encounter normally.

It points at the saved encounters now.
