The title! This has been an issue for years. In order to actually see the backdrop, you have to zoom out extremely far and it makes some of the cool designs effectively useless.
It is sad because half of the months with the subscription we get new backdrops that do not work properly. :(
I agree. We receive profile customization so scarcely, but when we do they are hardly usable. There is like a 1/4 chance that you even get a backdrop that isn't an incredibly zoomed in face or side of a building.
I made a post about this years ago, and it's still an issue (which is really sad). I'd love to see the art clearly; instead, we get a zoomed-in pixilated shapes. Hope that the upcoming changes in the Roadmap (Game Platform, Character Quickbuilder and Character Builder 2.0) correct this.
I really hope so! It really doesn't seem like it should be such a difficult thing to fix. From what I can tell, this just hasn't been addressed anywhere officially and it would be nice to at least know for certain that they are aware of this.
