In the rules for Elven Lineage, in the High Elf column, it says "You know the Prestidigitation cantrip. Whenever you finish a Long Rest, you can replace that cantrip with a different cantrip from the Wizard spell list."
However, in the D&D Beyond UI, there is no option to change the cantrip under Manage Spells via the character sheet. It requires a revisit to the character builder and choosing a new spell to switch the cantrip.
Yes. Manage Spells is for the Class feature - Spellcasting or Pact Magic. The species spells are not part of such class feature so do not appear under manage spells, nor do spells granted by feats.
To change spell selections for species you need to use the character builder. To change spell selections for feats you need to do so under Manage Feats.
