Ipad and Map Issue

I use an ipad to display the map for the group to use while I operate the map and fog of war on my computer, but now it doesn't load the map, the tokens, and doesn't show initiative, and just shows a blank screen, anyone else have these issues?

I've also had this issue. Up until last month it was working okay but suddenly it won't load. I can see the initiative order and all the buttons, I can see other people's pings and locate myself on the map, but I can't see any map details... Haven't found any solutions. I used to get notifications to change hardware acceleration settings but that doesn't seem to be the issue now. 

Are you using the app or the website?

If the website, try deleting cookies and cached data, and logging in again. (Or try the app.)

If the app, try uninstalling and reinstalling.
