There appears to be no skill Proficiency Prerequisite options in homebrew feats, only armor.
Also there's nothing for gaining Proficiency OR Expertise if you already have it from a small group of choices.
The wording I'm trying to make work goes, "You gain proficiency in Perception, Investigation, or Insight. If you already have proficiency in the chosen skill, you instead gain expertise with it." Like the skilled feat, but restricted on purpose. It's for a Barbarian turned Military General, so he's already got proficiency in perception, but I also wanted to be able to reuse the Feat in other DnD Beyond Campaigns. Pun intended.
