Cannot Launch VTT

Getting an error message that says "We've detected that hardware acceleration is turned off on your browser"

T/s I have done so far

Rebooted pc

restarted chrome

validated hardware acceleration is turned on

removed chrome ext from browser

cleared cookies/cache

validated I have proper subscription plan for Maps VTT 

I have run out of ideas - please help!

Similar problem here. VTT is constantly crashing, then says no map loaded. Followed all the same troubleshooting steps.
