I have contacted the appropriate department multiple times over the course of 3 weeks. I understand this isn’t the normal department to contact but they are not addressing the issue or even responding to my emails. I am simply at a loss. I ordered a digital and physical copy of Fizban's Treasury of Dragons. The label was created and has been stuck in limbo and not been updated since. I simply want the product I paid for. Sadly this is the only option i have. It is sad to see D&D be associated with a cut-rate shipping department. I will copy and paste this email to every department and start spamming social account until this is resolved. If better management is needed I will gladly send my resume if it is too much of a problem for those in charge.
