It'd probably help if you explained exactly which things you purchased and exactly where it is you can't see them.

we have bought tasha cauldron and xanathar guide and i can't see some feats i need when i try to level up from the phone app
Same issue, seems to be only when trying to make a copy of a character or build a new one. Existing characters seem to have options available.

Who in the campaign activated Content Sharing? If they check that same page above, does it still show an active subscription?
Who in the campaign bought those books? If they check that page, are those books listed under Current Product Licenses?
