Replacement Species Trait Doesn't Appear in Character Builder

Having trouble getting a replacement trait to be selectable in the builder. Pretty basic setup. Replacement type. Trait to Replace is set to only one trait. The only thing the replacement trait in question has attached is an Option that is not automatically granted, as an attempt to force it to appear in the builder. The Species itself does have Species Options. It is when selecting one of these Species Options as your Species in the character builder that the problem occurs. Screenshot of the trait here.
