They specifically said "in the next hour or so" which is pretty close to "immediately". So either the fix didn't work and needs to be reported (as Elasir5 is doing), or something went wrong implementing the fix and they haven't bothered to update anyone. Much like the Dragonmark issue that DDB have reported as fixed twice, but is apparently still broken with no further updates from them.

Sadly the problem is still present in firefox version 150.0
Can now confirm that I'm experiencing the issue as well. New computer, all that was open in Firefox was my character sheet and it was causing other programs to lag.

As to what Athanar90 said, if only the character sheet is open, it stalls near everything else running on the PC.
This is odd. I WAS having this issue, but it went away sometime last week for me (after the post on the 23rd, but at least 2-3 days ago). Now other people are having the issue and I still seem fine. I hope this gets figured out soon, and I REALLY hope it doesn't come back for me.
I didn't have the issue yesterday. Same system and browser as my earlier post. Might be sporadic.
