Can't access bought content

I just bought xanathars guide to everything digitaly so my friend could make a celestial warlock that is in this book but when choosing a warlock subclass only hexblade shows up. We bought this specificly for that subclass how do I access it when making a character?

Probably you've selected the 5.5e version of the Warlock class, which has its own version of the Celestial subclass that's included in the 5.5e Player's Handbook. If you don't own that book, you won't be able to use the 5.5e version.

To use the old version of the Celestial Patron from Xanathar's, you would need to use the 5e version of the Warlock class. Make sure "5e Core Rules" is checked on the Home tab of the character builder, then remove the class you have selected and select the 5e Warlock instead.
