I just purchased my first item in the market place (5e player's handbook) but after the purchase I can't seem to access neither the book nor the content that comes with it. The money is no longer in my account and when I retry the purchase from my mobile app it states "already owned". Can I receive some support for this?
I can see the content list but if I try to access something it redirects me to the buy out page. On the app if I do that it stays stuck in loading as soon as I select one of the items in the list of contents.

No, it states that "Your entitlements data is in sync!".
And also no, I can't see the book showing up in my order history.
Does it make sense to buy the book through the browser application? Is this behavior common or is this an unknown issue?

ModeratorIf you buy it again, you’ll get charged again. I’d recommend contacting customer support instead. Make sure to include the order ID from your purchase confirmation email.
