All books disappeared from library

Not a sausage in there

Bought them a while ago, and have used them

Is it just me?

Usually, what that means is that you have two accounts associated with different external sites, and you logged in with the other one.

If that's so, and you can't figure out which other site you used, customer service can help.

If that's not so, and you've got some glitch, only customer service can help.

Do you have anything in your purchase history?
