RITUAL CASTER NOT PREPARING SPELLS AUTOMATICALLY AND PREPARING THEM TAKES UP A SLOT. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED FOR THE CHARACTER SHEET FOR THE 2024 RITUAL CASTER FEAT.

This issue has been around since the release of the 5.5e Player's Handbook in 2024 and has been reported many times in that period. The devs have stated it's impossible to fix until they've done a complete overhaul of the character builder, which they're currently working on.

That's entirely up to you; I won't tell you what you should or shouldn't do with your money. I will just say that canceling your subscription will not make it get fixed any faster.
