Hello,
I used to have a subscription which sees me with 43 characters but I had to get rid of the subscription. The past few months the website allowed me to activate some of those characters and deactivate the ones I wasn't currently using. As of now it won't let me deactivate any active characters to be able to create, activate or change out my 6 character lineup. I am unsure if they changed this, or if it is a bug that I have.
