Not showing up anywhere on DDB for characters to use, not in added feats, feats to choose from when leveling or background feats.
Alternate note, noticed custom backgrounds is broken now too, previously it would give you a drop down for choosing skills/lang/tools etc but it doesnt do that now. Not sure if related.
