2014 Artificer Infusions still broken after about half a year of contacting support

Contacted support twice and said they're "aware of the issue," but it's ridiculous that one of the main features of my character has been broken for over 6 months as this point. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does it just need more attention to it to get fixed? 

You're not alone, and as much I'd like to update to the 5.5e Artificer, this campaign is 5.0e so I'm hosed until there's a fix.

My other threads went into a little more detail, but basically the infusions section is completely blank, but interacting with it in any way crashes the character sheet. Some of the items are still there, some aren't, some are there but not connected  to the feature, some just don't work, and some of them also crash the character sheet when you tried to move them or change that option in the infusions menu. I think it something to do with the actual inventory not agreeing with the feature, but it makes the feature impossible to use in actual play. I've got the same problem on every single one of my 2014 artificers (I have like four across different campaigns and one-shots) and all my friends as well.
