Can I have my oathbreaker please?

Hey, I had to create a new character and I bought the DMG as well as PHB latest on the marketplace, the $30 ones and I am unable to find any subclasses available, did they just straight out remove Oathbeaker?

Oathbreaker has not been removed. There is no 5.5e version of it (yet) but the 5e version is still there.

You do need to own (or have access to through content sharing) the book it comes from, which is the 2014/5e Dungeon Master's Guide. The 5.5e version of the DMG does not include it.
