The updated Undead Patron spell list is bugged. Only two of the Level 03 spells show up at Level 3, and then all of them disappear when you get to the Level 05 spells. Speak with/Summon Undead then show up on the interactive Character Sheet, but then those two disappear when you Level Up the sheet to 07, and again when going to Level 09.
Ray of Sickness shows up on the overall Action tab, but not the specific Spell tab. Spell list is all over the place
In short:
Two of the Level 03 spells don't even show
And then whenever you reach the next milestone of Subclass spells, the previous levels of said Subclass spells disappear from the sheet.
Try going to the Home tab of the character builder and checking the "Show Level-Scaled Spells" option.
This is what lets you see spells from lower-levels listed next to your higher-level spell slots. Warlocks basically always need to have this checked (regardless of subclass) since they don't have lower-level spell slots.

Hmm. There they are. Good to know that Warlocks need to have that ticked, but kind of annoying it's coded that way.

For non-Warlocks, having that checked can make the spell list really "busy" and it can be hard to find the spells that are actually at a specific level, so some people don't like it. But it really should just be checked by default for Warlocks as the character sheet is basically unusable without it.

Exactly why I didn't have it ticked, so that explains that lol. Spell Scaling should be unchecked for everyone but Warlocks really.
