So I need help with making a race that involves being able to cast spells. I have a NPC who is a Demigod of water, being a Water Genasi. I have his class being a fighter, and my goal was to have spells set for him. But as I was creating it, it never shows up. And idk if its because of his class, or something else, even though its supposed to be a racial trait of being able to cast water spells.

Would anyone help me as to how I can figure this out?
