Ravenloft: The Horrors Within content not unlocking in Maps VTT or Character Builder

I recently purchased the digital book Ravenloft: The Horrors Within, but it seems that some of the related digital content has not been properly unlocked on my account.

The main issues are:

1. The maps associated with the book are not available/unlocked in the D&D Beyond Maps VTT.
2. The expected updates and options related to this book are not appearing in the Character Builder.

I have already purchased the digital book, so I expected the corresponding VTT maps and character-building content to be accessible. Could you please check whether this content has been correctly applied to my account, or let me know if there is an additional step required to activate it?

 It could also be because the marketplace itself is down?
