Yawning Portal issue with content

I have purchased Yawning Portal some month ago and I am currently running a compaign. Today, 6/18/26, I go to open the first chapter, Sunless Citadel, goes to purchase page. If even acknowleges I have already purchase. The rest of the book opens so any idea what gives.

This 8is happening to me as well.

I don't own this book, but I do have access to it through content sharing, and I'm experiencing the same thing. Everything works except for that "a1" folder.

I will also chime in and say that I'm also experiencing this. I would like to add that I am able to access the content on the mobile app.

The issue is still occurring on the website for this product.

Definitely within the last day or so. I was on the page a few days ago, then when I was double checking something for that adventure for the next session I saw the page changed to the marketplace.

I'm having the same issue. I opened a support ticket a few days ago to no answer so far.

I am having the same issue and I am supposed to run the finally to the adventure tomorrow.

I noticed the same problem today. Only chapter 1 is inaccessible -- the other chapters seem fine. Also, the licenses section of my profile says that all licenses are in sync.

I am having this issue as well, all the other chapters work but the first chapter sends me to the store page.

+1, same problem, cannot open the sunless citadel chapter

Had the same issue yesterday. Of course while dming a session. Still persists today. Sunless citadel isn't accessible, the other adventures in Yawning Portal work fine. Hope this gets fixed soon. 

Same exact issue, was working fine last time we played but got ambushed when I was unable to run the adventure today. Can we get any response on this?

Same thing happening with me. Bought the online version two weeks ago and was able to open the Sunless Citadel until yesterday when it goes to the Marketplace page (but also says I own the online version). All other chapters are fine and it works on the mobile app (but I'm not going to run a campaign from my phone).

Broken for me too, I can load every chapter but the one my party is in.

edit: I wonder how long before we get noticed?

Well I don't know about everyone here, but I know that a few of us have put in tickets because of this. So more of a question of how long before a human notices the tickets instead of the automated response.

Even if I take the > off the end of that, it just redirects to the book's table of contents. There's still no way to access the Sunless Citadel chapter.

This link gave me an internal server error so it's not working either. I'm having the same issue as everyone else in this thread. Only The Sunless Citadel is unavailable.
