i have large problem.
i can’t log into the D&D beyond marketplace.
i CAN log into D&D Beyond, I Can see all my content I have purchased, my campaigns, my characters, etc.
as soon as I click on the marketplace link, it show me as NOT signed in, with an indicator Asking me to Sign In. I click it to sign in and it doesn’t work it just shows me as NOT signed into the marketplace,
if I click on a item to add it to my Cart it flashes up an error on the button “Something Went wrong.. Try again”
I tried unliking my google account and used my Wizards account to sign in and it’s still has the same issue.
I Cleared my browser history, on my PC in Edge, I cleared my Browser History on my iPad and I clear it on my iPhone, and still the same problem. I tried it from a different WiFi.
i asked in discord, No help, I submitted a ticket for help on wizards…

Ummm...did you try using Firefox?
Because it feels like you didn't try Firefox.
Barring that, I think you're just unlucky.
(You cleared your browser history, but did you clear site data/cookies?)

Yeah I cleared everything on PC and iPad and iPhone….
I tried private browser as well

Yeah did that routine as well. I am an IT guy and I am at a loss as to what is happening.... Its like as soon as I click Marketplace on any device... the server D&D beyond doesn't authenticate my sign in.... and loses me... as soon a I click any other D&D beyond link.... it signs me back in.... its like wizards is locking me, blocking me, or something.... I checked for third party blockers, don't have anything in place....
I think it's just bad luck.

Reading online. It’s said that the marketplace Authentication can’t accept the tokens/server pass through/etc. from regular d&D beyond account.
tried evertyhthing I could think of to force it to reset this Token? But I can influence the server.
incognito mode, there are no cookie blockers installed, on windows or my iPad or my iPhone. Some is preventing my account from being accessed in the marketplace. I don’t know what changed. last week evertyhting was working fine.
i signed out of D&Dbeyond apps also, just see if them being signed in was pe[revenging something….
nothing has worked.. tried everything said online that I could find… several people describe this issue

I am having the same problem.
I have talking to support but nothing so far. As best as I can tell, the server is not passing the authticated? token? from my beyond signed in status to the marketplace server. I can’t convince them to look at this. It’s coming from them, as every person who uses my various devices can sign in fine, to both beyond and marketplace, but Not me..
I changed password, used different sign in, changed my billing info, change my payment method. Can’t seem to make the server re-sync me…. I can tell it’s even passing something to marketplace, as it just lets me click Sign in after the initial entering of credentials, than it just refreshes the marketplace site, no entering credentials, and shows you as NOT signed in, perpetually. I want to buy the latest content and up to 151 books so far, and can’t buy anything anymore.. it was working fine last week or so ago, than poof. Not sure what changed….. I want them to reboot all their servers.
