So if I build a 2024 Moon Druid, "Starry Whisp" is showing up twice in the sheet, once as a "druid" spell, again as a "circle of the moon" spell. the character sheet is now seriously tempermental, trying to remove the cantrip from the "Prepared spell" spot in the editor or the manager crashes the sheet, trying to add a new cantrip causes it to also crash (i know 1/2 and it won't let me pick a second.) This is a bit frustrating.
I went and poked at it. It happens to all the circle spells, not just starry wisp. Definitely a bug. Seems to be an artifact of them making the circle spells say that you can cast them while wild shaped. The biggest bug is that the cantrip has a "delete" button under where it says "always prepared", which presumably crashes things. (I didn't confirm that part.)
On my system, I can still change out other cantrips normally.

Try changing your subclass temporarily, and see if you can then unprepared it.
Tried that, it undoes itself when i do, but comes back when i switch back into moon druid. I never selected the spell in the first place.

I can confirm the same bug. It also appears to impact other Druid subclasses, such as The Unbroken Circle.
I am able to fix the bug if I duplicate the subclass as a homebrew subclass and remove all of the spells from the "Additional Specific Spells" field.
