Homebrew feat weird formatting with black boxes around text

I'm getting weird black boxes around specific words in my homebrew descriptions. I've cleared all formatting, copied and pasted in from a plain text app (notepad), not sure what's going on.

You appear to have a third-party extension (Beyond20?) active; does it do the same thing with that turned off?

Also note that changes to homebrew stuff can take up to 15 minutes to actually be reflected on the character sheet, so changes you've made to the formatting may not have taken effect yet. Was there any special formatting (like tooltip tags) on those words before you cleared it?
