Forge of the Artificer not accessible after purchase

I just bought a digital version of Eberron:Forge of the Artificer, but when I attempt to download it, it says "error, you've already bought this".

I've tried clearing the app cache, and reinstalling it, but that didnt work.

If you check this page, are your Account Entitlements in sync? Is that book listed under Current Product Licenses?

If the book’s not listed there, you may need to contact customer support. Make sure to include the order ID from your Google Play purchase confirmation email.
