1. I'm a paladin level 6 and my charisma modifier is +4 so according to the rules I should get 7 prepared spells. Dndbeyond only allows me to have 6.
2. I chose Oath of the ancients and "Turn the Faithless" should be an option for my channel divinity starting level 3 (I'm level 6) but it's nowhere to be found on my character sheet.
I know these might be bugs of the website, but since there does not seem to be a way to contact customer support I'm hoping it's something that I can fix somehow? Or maybe I'm wrong in my assumptions?
Thank you so much to anyone who is willing to help.

Just to expand on what AndredSkratch said: there are two versions of the Paladin class on D&D Beyond, one from the 2014/5e version of D&D and one from the 2024/5.5e version. You've selected the 5.5e version, which works differently in several ways. You can find the full class description here (while the 5e version is here).
In 5.5e, the number of prepared spells a character has is no longer influenced by their spellcasting ability modifier; it's a fixed value at each level. For a level 6 Paladin, it's 6 spells. You can find these values in the big class table at the link above. The 5.5e version of the Oath of the Ancients subclass also no longer has that "Turn the Faithless" Channel Divinity option. These are not bugs in the website; you're just looking a different version of the rules from the version you've selected for your character.

You made a 5.5 Paladin and you're referencing 5.0 Paladin rules.
