Epic boons bug in players handbook?

In the digital version of the 5.5 Player’s Handbook, I can only see seven Epic Boons, even though I believe there should be twelve.

Is this a known issue, or are the remaining Epic Boons located somewhere else?

You're saying you only see seven feats under the "Epic Boon Feats" category on that page? Which ones are they?

Or are you saying that you only see seven in the character builder? Or on the Rules > Feats screen?

Seven of the Epic Boons are available in the Basic Rules: Combat Prowess, Dimensional Travel, Fate, Irresistible Offense, Night Spirit, Spell Recall and Truesight. If those are the ones you're seeing, it sounds like you might be looking at the Basic Rules, rather than the PHB.
