I have a physical copy and a friend is using DM share to let me tool around with the digital copies of the PHB and other items like the monster manual. I tried to make a couple of characters to test things out in the DM share using the PHB, and noticed that the Paladin only has one subclass, and Aasimar are missing entirely. I think there may be a few other things MIA from the 2024 physical version when looking at the digital version. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
It sounds like you're only getting the options from the Basic Rules.
When you're making a character, are you making it in a Campaign set up by your friend? You'll need to do that if you want all the character options they have available.
