I have a level 4 Paladin using Oath of The Crown, at level 3 I should have access to the spell Compelled Duel. I've already purchased the 2014 PHB which I've seen be the issue in a couple other threads but I'm at a loss, I've already submitted a ticket to support but if there's something I'm missing I'd love the help!
You'd want to make sure, because there is a long-standing bug where using a 5e subclass (like Oath of the Crown) with the 5.5e Paladin causes the always-prepared spells to not show up.
Take a look at the Class tab, there should be an icon for the selected class. The 5e Paladin icon is a helmet with wings on a golden background. The 5.5e Paladin icon is a shield with wings, on a more coppery background. You can also check to see if you have a "Weapon Mastery" feature at level 1; only the 5.5e version has that.

Is it a 5.5e Paladin?
No, should just be a 5e
