Restore Purchases not working.

I bought both Tasha’s Cauldron and Xanathar’s guide between two and three years ago and have been using them consistently since then. When I logged in to my new phone with the same account it somehow removed both books from my library(nearly 80$ of content btw) I then refreshed on other devices and it was missing there too!

Those were the only books I had spent money on as well. Don’t know if that helps anyone

Has anyone had this issue and do you know how to fix it? I just started DMing a campaign and desperately need access to those again.

The join date on your account is only three months ago, so if you purchased anything 2-3 years ago, it was on a different account. This is probably why the books aren't showing up — you're logging into the wrong account.

This usually happens when someone logs in with a different login method than the one they used previously, which creates a whole new account. Try logging in with the login method you used the first time (Google, Apple, Twitch, etc.) instead of the one you're using now.
