Went to update payment information; found that the site has an incorrect postal code listed. Tried to edit it. Can't: the UI simply doesn't allow that to be edited. Well done.

If you’re trying to edit it during checkout, there should be an “Update Address” option right beneath the selected address. You’d need to click that first.

Alternatively, you can find your saved address here, and click “Edit”:
