Can’t post homebrew Druid subclass

I have made a Druid subclass that improves wildshape. I can’t post it because “This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels.” I double and triple checked, it has two level 3 features, one level 6, one level 10, and one level 14. I didn’t add a spell list though, because I want to encourage wildshape. Does anybody think that’s the problem. I tried refreshing the page and re-saving the entire subclass but nothing will work. Somebody please help.
