I tried building a level 3 wizard. The subclass pop down showed only Evoker. None of the other 5.5 2024 options were displayed.
Do you own the PHB? If you have access only because it's shared with you, you have to be creating the character in the campaign where it's shared.
(And if you don't have access to the PHB, then you only get the single class in the free rules.)
If you should have access, check your entitlements.
