No international Shipping for pre-orders or bundles

I live in Mexico, and I been wanting to pre-order the physical/digital bundles since Ravenloft Horrors Within and now the new WoW and Arcana Unleashed books. The international store link is no longer active. They need to be able to ship internationally on D&DBeyond or give other alternatives to give access to the bundles and pre-orders to players outside the US is unfair since Amazon or the local stores don´t have those bundles available. This feels like at least and oversight at worst the do not care if people outside the US are able to preoder.
